Marilyn Manson and Johnny Depp have been friends for a long time. The Daily Mail reported on text messages from the actor’s libel lawsuit in which Heard accused Depp and the notorious shock-rocker of partying for twenty-four hours straight after they dropped Depp’s daughter off at school.
The Daily Mail claimed Depp left to drop off his daughter, Lily-Rose, but he never came back. She had been texting with her sister at the time and was “frantic with worry.”
The 34-year-old actress spoke with Christi Dembrowski, in February 2014, regarding the safety of Lily-Rose, who was 15-years-old at the time. Heard wanted to make sure she safely got to school. Heard said in her messages at the time that “JD” was hanging out with Manson on an alcohol-fueled cocaine binge.
The 34-year-old expressed worry over her future with Depp, whom she claimed was going to drag both of them down. Heard wrote in her messages that he took all of his anger out at her whenever he was on drugs, and she didn’t know what to do about it.

According to the report, Depp admitted to taking drugs with Marilyn Manson two to three times. Depp also says he and Marilyn did drugs before he shacked up with Amber Heard, and definitely well before his supposed “bender” in 2014.
Johnny admitted, however, that he really did take his daughter to school with Manson, but Heard was merely speculating on his state of intoxication. Depp said before the court that he had no idea how Amber would know what he was doing.
Depp’s daughter, Lily-Rose, reportedly begged Johnny to stay with Amber because she made him act like a better father. Depp says that his young daughter did believe she was making him a better person at the time.
Depp’s legal battle with Amber has been ongoing ever since they first split up. Initially, the actor’s reputation came under fire in a big way in the entertainment industry.

However, the revelation of audio recordings featuring Amber admitting to hitting him cast doubt on what really happened between them.
